COLABS goes international: We are expanding to Saudi Arabia. Our first site in Riyadh is launching soon. Read the full announcement here.

Riyadh campus continues to welcome companies and support day-to-day business operations as firms pursue growth plans in the Kingdom.

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, October 2026 – COLABS, the community-led workspace platform backed by leading regional investors, continues to see demand from Saudi businesses and international companies establishing or expanding their presence in the Kingdom, even as recent regional developments create uncertainty for businesses across the Middle East.

The company said interest in its Riyadh workspace solutions has remained encouraging, with inquiries from local companies seeking to expand their operations and international businesses exploring their entry into the Saudi market.

At its flagship Narjis campus in northern Riyadh, members continue to work from the facility, with startups, growing businesses and established companies carrying on their day-to-day operations.

“Periods of uncertainty naturally lead businesses to reassess their immediate priorities, but what we’re seeing on the ground is that companies remain committed to their longer-term plans in Saudi Arabia,” said Omar Shah, Co-founder and CEO of COLABS.

“We continue to engage with both Saudi businesses looking to grow and international companies planning to establish a presence in the Kingdom. Our community is also continuing its work from Narjis. It’s encouraging to see that while businesses are navigating the current environment carefully, their commitment to building in Saudi Arabia remains.”

COLABS launched its 4,000-square-metre Narjis campus earlier this year, introducing a workspace and business support platform designed for startups, SMEs, enterprises and international companies entering the Saudi market. The campus accommodates more than 500 members and brings together private offices, enterprise workspace solutions, meeting facilities and spaces for business and community events.

Beyond providing workspace, COLABS supports companies with the infrastructure, connections and operating environment needed to establish and grow their businesses in the Kingdom.

The company believes the continued interest it is experiencing reflects the longer-term opportunities businesses see in Saudi Arabia, driven by the Kingdom’s economic diversification and private-sector development under Vision 2030.

“Saudi Arabia’s transformation is a long-term story,” the COLABS CEO added. “Our focus remains on supporting the companies and entrepreneurs contributing to that transformation, while ensuring our existing community has the environment and support it needs to continue operating.”

COLABS plans to continue expanding its presence in Riyadh as part of its broader ambition to support businesses and entrepreneurial communities across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
