On August 31, COLABS, in collaboration with NVIDIA, welcomed Basil Fateen, Head of Startups & VC at NVIDIA, for a conversation around artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, and the opportunities they hold for the region. Hosted at COLABS Narjis, the event titled Signals brought together members of Riyadh’s growing AI community for an evening of conversation and connection.
The session formed part of Basil’s wider engagements during LEAP 2026, which included conversations with ecosystem leaders, meetings with investors, and visits to NVIDIA Inception startups across Riyadh.
